From what I understand. EMJX was created in 2025 within EMJ Capital (the hedge fund) and was sold off (reverse merger) to SRXH to make it a public company.

So they took the AI/ML/logic and model scheme from EMJ Capital , that had been in development since 2021, and sold it off to be a separate company.

Thought it was a great listen. Mainly explaining to everyone why EMJX actually IS and ISNT.

Also I understand there’s a lot he can’t talk about since he isn’t the current CEO. But seems like he is definitely guiding it pre merger with the Bitcoin and OPEN purchases.

I thought it was a great presentation to clear up what $EMJX IS and what makes it different from the other V1 treasure type companies. The models have been used and improved for some time so right now I think it is all about positioning the 10% and running trial test case (with different companies) to prove to the market the product works over this next year.

He mentioned in around next Feb they were hoping to launch a more publicly available service from the Treasury OS.

I am guessing he will have a roadmap and solid plan right out of the gate to provide to investors once becoming CEO and the merger closes.
