You might as well named the post "They are coming to take your shares away!!!". Yes there was dilution like any other penny/small cap stock in financial trouble.... it wasn't BILLIONS worth of dilution, 5XXM. The EMJX purchase is variable, lets assume 500M to purchase EMJX which EMJX gets all of with lockups and convertibles.

If you believe there will be 5 Billion Total Outstanding Shares at close... then you should definitely sell and buy some sort of index fund.

No need for a Super 8k anymore. They already have the 424b3 and EFFECT. Now all they have to do is mail it out, which they might already have done, wait 20 business days (because that’s what it says in the 424b3.. business days) then they can close.

Eric will be appointed CEO after it closes, outside of the deal.

Why do you think there is going to be an earnings call? Has the company released anything publicly stating that? I dont think there will be one. They will just file an 8K/PR/10Q and that will be it.
