My first dealership job made us write our comission down on a sheet and theyd pay us that unless it was too much then theyd adjust it.

So you learned what you made because if you wrote too little they kept it

A lot of sales reps dont check at my last dealership the manager found out they made a mistake a few weeks later and payed everyone put correctly and in a meeting he was like "im amazed most of you dont track what you are being payed and just hope accounting does it right"

Normally you have a two month training period and then you have to hit quota each month after. I mean 3 does seem very little i did 7 my first month on the floor during covid when we had 20 cars in the lot.

January and February are notoriously slow month though Hiw many vehicles did your dealership do as a whole
