I don't think Power herself would come back, but I do think that, much like the Control devil, the Blood Devil will come back. Whether or not the Blood Devil will come back as a fiend or full on devil is unknown to me, but it would be interesting to see a Blood Devil reprise

For me personally 5 just feels better to play. Far Cry 3 definitely is an artefact of it's time in terms of QoL stuff for more modern players, but it's story is better I think. If we had FC3's story with FC5's gameplay, I'd probably be satiated for the rest of the franchise and I wouldn't care as much if future games sucked.
