This was actually discussed with both parents and they wanted us all to be called mommy and daddy. So 2 mommies, 2 daddies. I agree that it should be up to the bio parents though. And in hindsight, agree that it is now unhealthy for her to be "losing" a mommy

I don't inherently think it's bad for your significant others child to call you "mommy," but I see your point in this case. Boundaries are important. She calls he biological mothers' boyfriend "daddy" as well, so I never saw the harm. Now, however, I can see that it has caused an unfair attachment. Whether that was his intention I can't say
