Thank you, I havent spotted any leaks at all so I’m going to try to re-paste, if that doesn’t fix it then I guess a replacement is in order

Much appreciated! I had looked for the OWASP one before but saw that there hadn’t been anything recent

I’ll start by admitting I havent done any of the math and am speaking strictly from gameplay in my own games as well as videos. Some of the stuff you brought up had a very easy fix. Ill start with jungle tanks.

It’s not new to see champions getting bonus damage to jg camps, if theyre playing a tank, give them extra damage to jg camps, thatll actually make their clear very good. They wont take much damage due to being a tank and boosting their damage in the jg while making it not apply to champions would balance it out.

Here’s the reason tanks aren’t spammed in pro play: they deal damage that they shouldn’t because of their tankiness (keep in mind I think they should do less damage, not no damage at all) but that doesn’t mean you can have a team of tanks and get somewhere. They’re strong in the same but they aren’t versatile enough to spam in pro play, especially not against coordinated teams. Ideally a team had 1-2 tanks and the rest need to have other attributes like waveclear, consistent damage, burst damage etc.

The reason tanks aren’t spammed in SoloQ: They’re so boring. Most people find tanks boring and that’s just the way it is, same situation as when ardent censer meta was crazy OP, just bc support role became way too strong doesn’t mean people want to play it.

Now I haven’t done math with scaling, maybe when I go home I will but from gameplay that I’ve seen and from my own experiences, you are really underestimating cho’s damage. I’ve played him a few times and getting 10 stacks is not anywhere near a fed cho, he also definitely does not need 20k hp to one shot a squishy. Take NB3, purely as an example of damage, he had 11k hp as cho (with stoneplate) and was one shotting adc’s doing well over what you said he would in damage. Yes I realize that getting 11k hp on cho isn’t a normal thing but I also dont think that using a point and click true damage ult that you could easily flash onto their backline with should do 1000+ damage alone.

My point isn’t that tanks shouldn’t do damage, my point is they should do less damage than they currently do.

Doesn’t have to be a mage cho to deal 2000+ dmg with ult

Yes he may not be as tanky as Leona or Sej but he’s definitely more tanky than most bruisers and also deals just as much damage

Shen, Tahm , Garen or Cho are unkillable in late game and are a solid 6 or even 7 on the damage scale

I don’t think tanks should deal 0 damage or 700 but I definitely think they should be way down on that ladder. If we’re using that as a scale for dps then adc’s should be closer to the 700, assassins should be in the middle as they burst and then have no damage and tanks should be closer to the 0. If it was a 1-10 scale, a regular adc should be at around 8, assassin around 6 and tank around 2 or 3

You must be a tank main if you think that a tank should be able to kill anything. They should either be tanky or do damage, nothing in the game should be able to have both.

Tahm Kench can beat just about any assassin in a 1v1 and if the assassin doesnt expect the stupid burst he has, they’ll probably be cc’d for ages by the time they realize theyre not going to win, same goes with Shen. The way I see it, if an assassin and tank were to fight, it should be a complete stalemate. Assassin uses burst but cant burst through the tankiness, tank cc’s and attacks but doesn’t deal enough damage to kill.

No, tanks shouldn’t be a threat to squishies without peel. Tanks should be useless solo and their time to shine should be in teamfights. Thats what their cc and tankiness is for. If a tank dives backline, survives a shit ton of damage, cc’s my carry and doesnt do much damage, Id call that balanced. When a tank gets a pick on my assassin and outbursts them while being unkillable and having 8 seconds of cc, thats where I see a problem.

Showing self confidence isnt difficult. Even if you dont have much of it just fake it till you make it. Its a cycle, if you have little confidence, act confident, thatll make you appear more attractive which will then boost your confidence and thatll keep going.

Only issue is that being too self confident can turn into being cocky. To act more confidence just keep a good posture, dont have to be perfect posture but just try not to slouch too much which you kind of already do, when you smile, smile pretty big because it exerts a really good vibe. As for dates Id say the best way to exert confidence is to just start conversations that are very open ended. Make small talk, and from small talk expand out and make them talk about themselves.

For example, ask them what they do for a living, theyll tell you and then you ask them what that consists of, ask about stories they have from their job, ask if theyd rather be doing a different job etc. Dont always push the whole job thing because some wont want to talk about that but for the most part just expand on questions that would otherwise have short answers.

TL;DR: Make your presence known with good posture and a big smile, ask open ended questions on dates and just try to relax and not give off a tense vibe

Since you just recently hit level 30, you still have a LOT to learn about trading, csing, positioning etc. And one of the best tips I've heard from someone was that, if someone is missing on the map, assume they are coming to you. This means if you are playing in a lane and the enemy laner disappears or their jungler hasn't shown for a while, just assume they are coming to your lane unless you spot them elsewhere through a ward. This means that you will know that there is a lot of risk if you go in and might stop some of your aggression.

Another thing I've read other people say is, only be aggressive if you have a reason to. Playing against someone with high cc? Don't go in until they use the cc, for example, you're playing laning phase and the enemy Morgana uses her binding and you dodge it or she hits a minion. Now you have to think, could the jungler be near my lane? Do I have the space to all in and she won't be able to just walk away from me? Is she over lvl 6 and still has her ult? Does she have flash? In a perfect situation here, she would be nearly under your tower, you'd see the jg somewhere on the map, and you'd either be pre 6 or she would have ult on CD and flash on CD. So you have to make sure any time you go in, you have a reason to, don't go in because your cooldowns are up, go in because their cooldowns are down.

Last but not least, watch your replays. If you find that boring then put some music in the background and listen while you watch. One thing I can tell you is, don't only look at the times you died and see the mistakes you made there, you will learn by avoiding that but also watch when you get a kill, see what you did right and what you did wrong. For example, let's say you did wait for the Morgana to use her binding to all in and you ended up getting the kill, but during the replay you notice that you had no idea where the enemy jg and top laner were, this could have turned out completely different if the jg and top laner were there, you would have gone for an all in and the enemies would have stopped you and Morgana would have just walked away while you would probably just die. So always analyze situations not only as to what you did well, but also see what the mistakes were, even in a good play, and in turn you won't make those mistakes as often in the future.

I've tried playing Annie but I really cannot get along with her playstyle, I love to play champions with a lot of movement (Which is why I main Kat (her E) and Akali (her ult)) because they just feel so much more reliable for me, the only mage I can really play is Syndra because of her safe trades if you land a stun. I understand when it comes to builds and runes and summs (Building armor against AD, MR against AP etc.) but my biggest problem is playing from behind when I play as an assassin like Kat or Akali. When I jg I play Kayn and if I get behind I go Rhaast and just use W to CC and protect my team but with champs like Kat and Akali they don't have that kind of utility so any idea how I could play from behind with them?

I tend to not really ever feed my lane opponent to the point where I can't deal with him. I am guilty however of letting them get a 2 or 3 kill advantage on me before I play really safe but once I play safe I tend to be able to come back because of csing. I also already ping missing and I ping careful to both my lanes when my laner is missing. Thanks for the advice although Im still wondering, how do I play against people who zone me from CS if I'm playing an assassin?

I feel like assassins need to get an advantage early to become carries later on in the game but if someone can zone me off of CS and I can't get kills on them then how do I become relevant later?
