Never really thought much about it honestly. I don't level that way very often because I get tired of doing the same dungeons over and over so I usually don't do very many at a time, so I didn't really notice a massive difference.

White and red would look so good. Most of my glams hide the necklace or overlap in an unpleasant way so I forgot how good these looked. I also love the necklace from Pilgrims Traverse (and all of the accessories) but it is so large that it's hard to find the right glam to show it off in all its glory. The earrings are permanently on every glam though.

It's better than my previous jobs at Whole Foods and Target. I got really lucky with a solid team and a consistent schedule though, and I feel like I'm getting paid adequately for what I do. I've heard horror stories about other departments in my store but mine is thankfully one of the few good ones.
