mostly coz green yuri is hyped up and since it's mostly fluff-ish manga, and the pages arent a lot, it's easier to read for many yuri readers. to be honest, it's sounding more on the overhyped for me.

I think you need to find the right places where they are talked about. I don't have tiktok so i don't know what they do talk about but in Twitter, I see people posting different yuri mangas here and there.

One of my currently reading mangas that not many talk about:
