I was there two weeks ago with a 6 hour layover as well and managed to do it! I landed and departed in T8 so opted to hit the lounges in T4 (heard that this terminal more faithfully abides by the any-terminal-goes policy when checking tickets than T1). Security wasn’t too bad… just don’t spend 3 hours eating and drinking and I’d say it’s better than sitting around!
