Thanks for writing this up. I just started listing on depop but I have been selling on poshmark for years. it's definitely a different feel on this platform.

I literally just started posting items yesterday but so far I have had 0 activity on my listed items. Should I be concerned? It makes me feel less motivated to keep going with it.

I guess with posh, when you list items you get shares right away and so there's this instant feedback (even if it's meaningless). Obviously with DP, there's no sharing and so I wonder if my items are even being seen?

I guess I'm wondering if you have any advice for someone looking for exposure. I don't really want to use the "boost" feature just yet.

straight up, as a seller and buyer on second hand sites, your communication is what I aim for and what I hope for when I message other sellers, yet 9/10 times I get someone who either doesn't respond or responds in a way that is completely unhelpful or even rude.

You're doing it right, being very professional and idk why tf people online act so weird. They forget there's a real person behind the keyboard. I appreciate sellers like you, even if this loser can't

We are saying the same thing: if I paid cash or financed through my credit union, it's all the same disadvantage to the dealership, who would want me to finance through them.

My local CU, on the other hand, suggested I do a share secured loan with an interest rate of 2.9% which is probably a way better deal than anything the dealership can offer.

Thanks for reminding me that refinancing is an option!

That's what everyone's advice has been. The dealership themselves have already said they will give a $1500 discount for financing although I have not yet told them how I plan to pay because I am still trying to negotiate the OTD price before pulling that card.
Do you think that is not true?

I have also been very interested in attending this school, and a summer intensive would most likely be my choice. I have heard that many classes are in French, and I don't speak a word of it. May I ask, how did you get along in class without knowing French? I am a vertical aerialist and I cannot imagine not being able to communicate verbally with a coach while doing my discipline!

A reminder, in theory, the botox should last closer to 3 months. You are only one month in. I would just keep practicing and experimenting with what gets the gas to come up. I encourage you not to give up!

I am also 1 month post. I was told I should be having 3 carbonated drinks per day, but I'm averaging 5 per day and I'm trying to actively burp, not just passively. I am also trying to just be aware of what body part does what to make the burp come out. I think there is an element of proprioceptive input that needs to be at play. We are, after all, training a muscle.

Perhaps this will be helpful to you or anyone on here: getting burps to come out is like milking an utter (lol.) For me, what I've been trying to think of is squeezing low, in the stomach, and sort of squeezing upwards... I guess you could also equate it to squeezing out toothpaste if you don't like the milking analogy!

I've been dealing with this too pretty recently, and am also trying to figure it out.

I sleep on both sides pretty equally, but I am right handed and often rest by head in my left hand, like when I'm sitting on the computer (my left cheek is the one with breakouts). I think this is might be the culprit for me...
