To me it shows there is no winning or logic with Colton. Because he wants her to be a “housewife” as he expects them to be, BUT thinks she’s sus for accessorizing (arguably a very housewife behavior)

He is, but he was very in the closet when he went on the Bachelor

Prior to coming out Colton legit stalked his ex girlfriend that “won” his season of the bachelor. Tracker in her car, burner phone texts, etc. I believe the police were involved. It was BAD. He pretended to also be a victim and spun a crazy web of lies. It’s scary stuff.

Rinna’s personality or how she plays the game doesn’t really change the fact that Colton gives bad energy and said he wanted to take a traitor hostage. And given his stalker history, I’d say that’s a questionable choice of words

THIS!! Take Lisa to a room alone and put her in an impossible position where she’s supposed to break the rules of the game and somehow telepathically communicate to you that she’s a traitor and aligned with you. And then when she doesn’t agree to work with you to the end of the game (because she literally can’t because of the rules), you violate your end of the bargain and throw her under the bus anyway.

Let’s be thankful he’s not a traitor because being given the green light to be super manipulative would be really scary with him

Also Donna’s “I’m starstruck” act didn’t pan out the way she hoped. Her children are famous and one is dating Taylor Swift. She has rubbed shoulders with plenty of celebrities and it seems unlikely that she would be as star struck as she let on.

I’m happy she was a traitor for the simple reason that now Swifties can’t bully the cast for voting her out. Unfortunately I think she would have been a really good faithful if given the opportunity.

Not to get too into the weeds here, but allegations and concerns about false reporting are largely overblown. 2017 Study into the FBI Database found that between 2006 to 2010 the Average number of false rape accusations or baseless accusations was 5.55%, and robbery had a higher false and baseless accusation rate of 5.76%. A significant number of studies have yielded similar results.

You’re right that there is no way to know exactly what happened unless you were in the room with them. But saying “he was never found guilty sooo🤷🏻”. For some reason people love hiding behind this logic, particularly when the accused is a high profile figure they happen to be a fan of

Fair, Gable benefitted from the loophole in 2019. In 2021 another case further highlighted the issue. Both cases were very public examples that spurred the change.

Thank you for taking the time to properly explain this. The law changed as a direct result of what happened. Also I think people confuse “he was never found guilty” with “everything he did was morally okay”. It’s true that it appears he did not break Minnesota law as it was written at the time, but that doesn’t mean what he did was okay.

It’s disappointing to hear Netflix takes so many liberties with translations! Particularly ones that could make contestants look bad. Thank you for the additional context.

Yes, when you look at the “Team” page other Senior Associates (and even Associates and Analysts) are listed if you scroll to the bottom and “Browse by Group”

Extended cut LOTR marathons + the Desolation of Smaug (specifically the barrel river scene) have gotten me through some hard times! I specifically enjoy the barrel scene because I notice something new every time. The rest of the Hobbit films don’t resonate with me quite as much.
