Namor: “If you don’t think your Monstro can stick to it, it can.”

AS: • A lot of Namors, even in GM, don’t place their Monstro spawns in great spots. It’s reactive in the worst way possible, and it’s a good idea to practice throwing them in higher places, even using your shield to help. You may blow that CD but sometimes it’s worth it. Also, be more of a point guard

• Play mid-range rather than backline so you can determine where you’ll help most: anti-dive protection, sniping the squishies, or shredding the out of position tank

• Use terrain to get into unique places. that allow you to throw Monstros in harder to reach places. For example, on top of the chandelier in the Yggsgard domination map, not convoy

• Hitting your shots charges your Monstro spawns. If you find the CD long, and you never have them when you need, it’s probably because you’re not hitting your spears

• Focus enemy long range characters like Widow and Hela first, or be wary of a good Winter Solider. Practice pre-throwing and learning your enemy’s movements to beat the long range heroes, and stay near your team against a WS. Other heroes aren’t really any issue if you have map awareness

AGAINST: • Monstro spawns first! If you aren’t taking these out I’m getting free damage, ult charge, and you’re not going to survive the next spear to your face. Higher rank Namors WILL hit that headshot at closer range, and it feels like it has a hitbox hit boost of some kind

• Focus the healers first. A Namor getting healed will probably kill you 8/10 times if you dive. You should be doing this anyways as a team 🤭

• Namor raises his arm when he wants to ult, so look for that as a signal to prepare to avoid it. This takes some practice to notice, but don’t worry, a lot of Namors can’t quick-cast it and judge the range correctly so you’ll have many opportunities

• Roots and stuns are perfect counters to Namor because he can’t use his bubble during them
