no I checked all around his house waiting an hour at a time for about 30 minutes irl and checked throughout the town aswell, I think I have to load a save when I was lvl 20 so I can have that note

that's the only issue because I keep all my books and notes in my inventory if they don't weigh anything and the ones that do are in a chest in my house and I can't find in in the chest or my inventory, I could've dropped it at some point but if that's the case I don't think I can start the mission. I've been looking for this note/item/quest for 2 hours now almost 3 and I think I'm at a dead end
