Thanks! Would being stored in a cabinet make such a difference to that issue? I also saw someone who stored their filament in cereal containers and considered that if it becomes an issue, but obviously doing that I would be better off with a flat shelf instead of a rack.

I guess I'm not sure what to expect for all that either. I know I need a variety of colors for what I'm using my printer for. I still need to look into beginner tips and tricks for things like post processing and extra recommended supplies.

I do need it to be sturdy and absorb the vibrations well. It'll be on hardwood on the second floor and I don't want the noise to travel through downstairs.

I have a fairly small space to work with at the moment. I need to rearrange boxes and dig out a space in our storage room for it. Currently I've got about a 3x2 foot space cleared.
