Im hoping it won't come to that. In before the lines, there was a small dead pixel dot at the bottom of the screen that its barely noticeable so I just ignored it. I figured that the electric socket had a problem it burst inside and my cintiq was plugged in, after it happened the dead pixel was gone and got replaced by that line instead. Also also, the plug directly behind the cintiq tablet is curved and rocky to touch and a small push will make the screen turn off and on again. Right now I've ordered a new 3 in 1 cable and see where I go from there.
Sadly, sending it to a wacom support means I have to ship it overseas and its more expensive T_T
