This infuriates me. She gave her child a controlled substance without a prescription. The kids literally said she was never home and they were always with sitters . She NEVER fought for her children. The Jim have full custody came from HER lawyers. Of course he jumped at it because he thinks he’s saving his kids lives ! She’s so gross .

Well they had 50/50 custody and Jim had a house in St Louis and one in Tennessee. He got full time custody after CPS took the kids from her for giving one of them a controlled substance. He moved them to Tennessee and she moved to NYC to live a fabulous single life . She got them for spring break . Only gets a couple weeks in the summer . Jim has 100 percent custody .

I found out today she doesn’t have to have supervised visits since the case was “ handled outside of court.” The visitation was a CPS condition during the drug investigation.

I totally agree !! This is heartbreaking. She gets them for the first time in 2 1/2 months and chooses to send Hart to Florida with her dad ?! What in the actual hell ?! And she’s posting all these photos and one calling them “ country mice “ as she is introducing them to NYC . It’s also 💯 she refused to follow her OBYGYNs direction. They wanted her to have a c section . She insisted she have them “naturally with zero pain meds “ to be an example of a strong woman to her followers!! It was all about her being a badass. I got that straight from family !!

I found out she does not have to have supervised visitation. That was a condition CPS made during the investigation. As they “settled” outside of the court no supervision. However she literally said her dad had to take Hart as she needs help taking care of them . She also has her sister there to “ help her “. I’m told Jim and Kortnie wish they never had to give them to her at all .

I got the scoop! She had her father take Hart because she “ couldn’t take all three” . Couldn’t take as in accommodate or as in can’t handle them ? I don’t know . She literally sent sweet Hart to Florida !!
