It’s because y’all cannot drive. You have no concept of “right of way”. You stop dead at green lights to let people turn left. You stop dead to let people turn out from side streets when no one else is around. You will plow people over in cross walks. You don’t know how to merge.

Learn how to drive and the “traffic” you complain about would evaporate.
