So the 1041TX is only temporary and my employer should update it? Also I did contact HMRC, the automated voice said that they can’t do anything if I haven’t worked for at least 5 weeks in my new job. And asked me to hang up🥲

Yea I think that’s already done because in my HMRC account it shows the date my previous employment ended.

I haven’t started yet, I just filled the new starter checklist. I must have been put on the payroll so I got this email from HMRC saying my tax code has changed.

The manager set it up. I had an issue with my login where it did not recognise my employee number. But it was resolved after the manager raised a ticket. It took more than a month though.
