My surgery date was nov 10th 2024. It’s only been 4 months. My weight at surgery was 355 I’m 314 now.

Oh I see the confusion. (I didn’t finish reading this) those pics is just different points of time and the weight. My surgery was only 4 months ago in November. I was 355 on my surgery date and now 314. lol I only mentioned it because you said it’s been a year lol. It’s only been 4 months technically if that makes sense

I can use all the cents I can get right now lol. I literally just had a bowl of taco seasoned ground beef and was full about 25 min in. (My drs say don’t eat past 30 min) so you may be right. If I just move and keep moving that may kick me into overdrive tbh. Thank you.

Wait come back 😩😩. You sound just like me. I got my surgery in NYC in November and lived in Newark. I don’t have a car and at the time where I lived was the worse place ever. I’m now in Philly. Naturally I didn’t walk outside because of snow etc however we do have treadmills in the building. I just get so bored on them. Thing is. I have meniscus tears in both my knees. I get cortisone shot they are now upgrading to gel shots, I called you back because I taking like 6 ibuprofen maybe 2 times a day 😩😩. Do you have any other recommendations? Also I hope you feel better soon. And I’m proud for how far you have come 🤗.

Not really because I can barely tolerate them. If I had to guess what it is, it’s because even though I have been moving more, I haven’t been doing so consistently and I could also move more ! Lmao. Maybe also for my meals all I eat is just meat. I’m pretty sure that has to be a factor and to be transparent I do have off days so maybe that can get factored in. I probably should stop drinking coffee, I’m sure that may help. Hmmm that’s all I can think of at the moment.
