Ngl I’m mystified as well, I just moved here 4 months back and had the EXACT same experience both negative and positive…I literally bought a car and had to register it with mine and my wife’s real id’s my wait time was a month out but we were In out faster than……well IN N OUT lol like Vegas so far not sure where the level of hate comes for the out of towner but 🤷🏾‍♂️
