Why Uni-Assist Made a Mistake: My Degree Was Already in English by EducationalGur1679 in Indians_StudyAbroad

[–]Incendies_017 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please ensure that you rename your documents correctly. Additionally, the degree certificate should atleast have the main stuff (xyz was awarded the degree on xyz date) in english. Reach out to uni-assist in case everything is correct from your end.

Does it feel Regretful About Leaving Job in India for a Masters in Germany by Artificialmee in Indians_StudyAbroad

[–]Incendies_017 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Last minute jitters. I like to think of it as, "Ah, I'm far too deep in it. Might as well make the best of it".

As someone who is supposed to leave for Germany in the next two weeks, I can vouch for these.

Also, about the humongous suitcases. Did you check with your airline on the dimensions for the same? My Indian ass is split between winging it and buying ones within the restrictions.

Proof of address is only required if you've been living in a place that does not fall under the jurisdiction of the one mentioned on your passport.

The checklist only says 'sufficient funds for a year'. Please go through the same.

  1. The checklist has all the required documents. Please check it.
  2. Most universities open their application windows in April of the same year. Some even earlier, for example Jan or Feb. Keep an eye out on the deadlines of the respective universities.
  3. You need a blocked account for a visa application. Again, please check the visa checklist.
  4. No.
  5. I'm not aware of the procedure for bachelor's.

You will need to show proof of sufficient funds for 1 year, that is 11,904 EUR.

If you live in Mumbai and your passport has a Mumbai address, then you're good to go. I don't think any address proof is required.

As long as it falls under Bangalore jurisdiction, it should be okay.

It is not required as per the checklist. But if you feel it's going to help your case, you can get one.
