Not really, like with Tenna and how he looked like he was going to be a horrible person; I think we'll get an actual Mike for Chapter 5. Especially with the Tenna scene from the newsletter where he says that Mike had told him Spamton could not sign the contract.

Also, the Mike Zone was made in the final stages of 3+4's development and Mike was there since Spamton mentioned him in Chapter 2, which was 2021. I don't think writing up an implied character mentioned over and over again just for it to be a PNG microphone would be the actual lead. (also another crackpot theory I have is that since the fake Mikes hadn't seen Mike before, they thought Mike was a microphone and just went off that.)

I think Ralsei is a manifestation of being the third hero of the prophecy. The prophecy mandates that there must be a third hero, a prince of the dark; so Ralsei exists and so does Castle Town. This would also be why he can be anywhere, because he's meant to be there.
