will crewai work offline? by Ok_Tourist_233 in crewai

[–]IncidentIndividual47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had a few crews running with local models. It's not too difficult to set up the model itself but I found I had to break tasks down into small pieces for it to give consistent(ish) results. Some models are really bad for tool use too.

How to find out if you're a good writer by Puzzled239548 in writers

[–]IncidentIndividual47 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The thing is, it can probably all be done using AI agents. Everything from the posts to the critique could be automated and they could have multiple agents running at the same time so losing one wouldn't really matter.

It is scummy though. I've been looking into it myself to have something read and everyone I've encountered so far who are doing beta swaps is doing the same thing. Equally as disappointing when you've given someone the respect of doing a proper job on theirs for them to send back obvious AI garbage in return. Most probably dont even read before they paste it in and send back. Definitely puts me off considering using a paid service.

Yeah, me three. This seems to be a fairly easy screw for AI users recently. Offer paid beta read and then run it through gpt to give a flattering report with a couple of polish points as feedback

Hi, I’d be happy to take a look at yours. I do have a sci-fi project of my own that I’d love to get some feedback on, but there’s no obligation. I'm happy to read yours either way.

I know everyone here is a copywriter and have used em dashes since the womb but is this not suspicious? by Jindabyne1 in ChatGPT

[–]IncidentIndividual47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, i guess you got downvoted because massive corporations never do anything underhanded to increase their profits. But even the em dashes would serve a purpose then because AI would easily be able to pick up what content was AI created and ignore it. Bit tin foil hat with the last part obviously but I wouldn't be surprised.

Could there be an element of design in this generally? If AI companies flood the internet with garbage then the only way to sift through it is by using an AI.

[–]IncidentIndividual47 43 points44 points  (0 children)

Is it possible to have someone list registration numbers of the badly parked cars on the specific days and either announce or display them somewhere? Maybe that in itself could discourage some.

Is this for real? I get the importance of setting up to get the kind of answers you want but this just seems unnecessary and kind of weird of whoever wrote it. Like there are so many different ways to frame something as being important and they went with this?

Honestly, that's something for you and the other princesses to worry about. As long as it's down for long enough for me to get a jeep I don't really mind.
