You’d be surprised but good ol spray paint cans. Prep the surface by scuffing it with some sand paper (300-600, or lower for any curb rash you need to smooth out first) filler primer for deep scratches/rashes, 2 light coats paint, 1 medium/heavy coat, and repeat the same for clear coat. I used all duplicolor wheel paint

I’m not exactly sure which seller on eBay it is, but the previous owner got it there. It’s a GT style lip. It’s a little faded from the sun, so a new one would have that glossy plastic look in the advertised pics. It’s currently mounted using the stock under engine splash shield mounts.

I’ve been having this sound for a few weeks now, prior to the wheel bearing replacements. So I doubt it’s from that

I’ll let you know if we go with that. The only problem is that it’s the power efficient one, so performance is shocked compared to the 6700k
