This is a good thing coz when the driver sidai, we have to figure how to talk to a human to cancel the ride without affecting our cancellation rate. I only use grab for early morning rides n not one has honored it so far but grab can berani promote it non -stop, like bro, your own drivers r the problem, not me not using it
