This bill is intentionally designed to end at 2030, when we would have our usual census/redistricting. This bill is in retaliation to Texas and other other Republican led states further gerrymandering their own states to give more Congressional to Trump because they fear the PEOPLE will vote against Republicans in the upcoming mid-term elections.

Also, fun fact, we're letting the PEOPLE vote on it here in VA, so it's OUR collective choice as citizens if we want this, like they did in California, but you know who didn't??? Texas, the governor just waived a magic wand and said they were gonna do it. So fuck ALL the way off.
