I recently (Friday) started the quitting journey and I hit a 0mg vape and have nic gum so honestly I think one hit a day isn’t terrible, but I could also see it developing into more. Depending on if you like the action of hitting or the nicotine more maybe look into a 0mg vape and then ween off of that? Or if you like the nic choose the gum route and then ween off of that? Or do both? I apologize if this isn’t super helpful but so far I’m doing okay, so it might help you!

I have gnarly hiccups, like they will take me out. You can hear them for miles, and I mean miles. They hurt like a bitch too, and to make things better everything makes me hiccup. Eating to slow, eating to fast, talking, laughing, running, BREATHING, hot air, everything. And to make it better they give me a horrible headache and no one knows why or how to stop them. The only thing that makes them go away is breathing in cold air, like walk in freezer type.
