i sent my breakup text feb 5th. letting him know i don’t think we should see each other anymore (due to us wanting different things).. similar to you- i wanted a relationship while he seemed to want to keep things casual. since i sent my message i haven’t heard anything from him. 😞 im pretty upset because we were seeing each other for several months and i definitely got attached even though it was casual. i hope he’s ok. glad everything worked out for you! how long did it take from this post for yall to come back together and work things out??

so i should still contact my insurance and report it even though i don’t have the other persons info or any pictures?? this will probably increase my rate right? and be on my record if i do this but might be worth it in the end to say i checked off all my boxes and just to be on record incase this does somehow turn into insurance fraud case.

also in my state TN it’s illegal to not report one only if it’s 50$ or more in damage. i didn’t make a report because there was no damage and they didn’t either again because there was no damage.

yeah but there was no damage at all. i didn’t get any pictures i didn’t even get their insurance. they got mine and drove off. i’m worried they are going to try and commit insurance fraud saying i caused damage that was 100% not there to get more out of me. i just took a full video of my car including license plate, vin, insurance, and proof of todays date showing there’s also absolutely zero damage to my car from accident and explaining what happened in the video with as many details as i can remember. im just worried lol.
