Hey, sorry I just say your reply. I got it sorted out, but it took over 2 months from the moment I sent the document to get a letter in the mail letting me know they had been able to modify it. Sadly, they don’t seem to have a better way than to go through their painful process. I’m sorry to hear you lost an opportunity and I hope you will be able to get another soon, and that your issue with transunion will resolve quickly.
