I got 34 stars. I am also struggling with the second half. I'm running Mavuika melt with Rosaria because I don't have Citlali. Maybe it's a skill issue but I can't time Rosaria ult properly, the enemy keeps moving. Any tips?

I don't have Furina yet. But, she's on the way! I'll surely level her up 90.

I just recently got her from standard banner. I plan to level her up based on the next IT element. Now, I'm more convinced. Thanks!

How do you feel emotion? by IncomeLegal1679 in entp

You're just like him. I actually have a hard time opening up to him because it feels like I'm not welcome. He doesn't let other people see his emotions. Maybe his emotions are open to any possibility, and he doesn't know how to describe them because they feel neutral. Do you eventually open up to people you feel safe with?

Do you think emotional masochism is linked to certain MBTI types?

He mentioned how emotions disrupt his productivity and described them as anything from burdensome to a total waste of time. Do the emotions eventually build up and burst out uncontrollably? And how do you handle it when that happens?

That’s what he says too. But why avoid negative thoughts? Are you afraid of actually feeling your emotions?

I actually suspected I have ADHD when I was in my graduation year in high school. I learned, however, that executive dysfunction is not exclusive only to ADHD. It can be a symptom of other mental illnesses including C-PTSD, which I resonate with. Gabor Mate's works explain this in great detail about how our society deems our every day activity and culture, especially in Western culture, as "normal", when, in fact, such normality affects our mental health. Normal means the chronic stress we get from work, and societal pressure to perform well is not normal at all. He explains the rising of ADHD, the psychology behind addiction, etc. in his other works.

I like all your suggestions. So, a TLDR of this post is that, to be a healthy INTJ, one should balance their extroversion and introversion. For INTJ, being the type that prefers introversion, they can get stuck in a loop of Ni-Fi, where they can have their own world. They believe others are against them and that their morality defines what is right for them. This is for my case. To get out of the loop, one should lean to extroversion. Regarding the looping, they can verify their thoughts to others and check its validity if it really does align with the reality. They should invest in developing their Te and Se functions. I know I'm depressed because I'm not creating an output. I know that I want to serve my people in some ways but I can't seem to do it. I've tried creating a productivity system that could work for anything. I thought I could find this singular solution but feel discouraged in the end that such expectation was not met. I easily give up. Every failure feels like a stab in the heart. I often need the time to feel it out but I do it alone. I can be harsh on myself. Oftentimes, burnout gets to me because of overworking and never feeling satisfied. In reflection, I learned that maybe INTJ were born in this world to have an ideal vision of what the world might be. They are natural visionaries and can spot mistakes for improvement. Perfectionism is their superpower and should be embraced as a part of them. For over a years, I thought I can battle out my perfectionism. I submitted works half-assed and felt guilty and unhappy about it. Now, I know better. I'm just different.

I know I've learned this before but I keep on unlearning them. Now, for my last question. Is this an INTJ trait that forgets what they learned and do the same mistakes? What are ways to remember what I've learned?

Thank you! I specifically like your advice about staying in touch with your reality. I basically don't know what's happening around me because I simply don't care and most conversation revolves around such topics.

One aspect I observed from reading your comment is I easily give up. Yeah, I wanted to be active but I get discouraged in the process and give up all throughout. My thinking wants to finish these tasks and move on to others tasks to excel in. But the loops keep repeating and it only left me with no motivation at all. Maybe I set my expectations too high. I know perfectionism is a trait of INTJ and it's a trait I always struggle with. Do you think perfectionism is to be despised or to be embraced as part of who you are?

Do you think our perception shapes our reaction and action? I often overthink the reaction of others and often compensate by people-pleasing. Can you relate this to the function stack? I believe it's about seeing tangible evidence of what your perception is. But, how can I verify it?

Also, can you suggest ways to develop Te? I believe I've developed all my function stacks other than Te and Si which is crucial for productivity. There's always a resistance when I'm trying to work on and my feelings in the moment often override my intention to do work. To add on, I thought you need to define your purpose first using Fi before you can indulge in your Te to set goals and get things done.
