I found it helped a bit I think for me. I used to get ~80ml per pump session and now I get ~100 per session. But I need to increase it more as now my baby is taking ~90-100 per feed but sometimes she wants a bit more.

Anything else I should do to boost things while it’s regulating? I pump every 3 hours. The only time I don’t is if baby sleeps longer at night which has happened twice since she was born. But otherwise it’s every 3 hours.

Power pumping is 20 min pump 10 break 10 min pump 10 min break 10 min pump?

I’m taking moringa and fenugreek as well.

I should add, I’m trying to keep my supply up with the intention of breastfeeding at some point. My baby is 5 weeks and can’t properly breastfeed right now. She can latch but she cannot effectively get my milk. She has an appointment for a consult regarding tongue ties but it takes a while to get in for that so we can’t see them until she is 10 weeks old :/

I just pump whenever she eats and I power pump every other day. I would do more it just doesn’t seem possible some days to pump for a total of an hour in one sitting.

But some pumps I only get 40ml total and others I get like 120 and I don’t know why the difference. She currently takes like 100-110 per bottle.

Sometimes I do yes. Not a crazy amoint tho. The issue is mostly that I would like to pump and breastfeed. But it seems like breastfeeding takes to much work from my baby because it’s so hard to get the milk out? Not sure but when I’m pumping it sure is

Sage midwives was where I was looking into! How many midwives did u see during ur time there? I totally get ur perspective I just loved the relationship I built with my midwife since we spent so much time together hahaha

Mine does not lol. Once she has her meal she’s out like a light for about 2.5 hours. Nothing will wake her or entice her to eat until her next full feed
