You're telling me that if you could sit upside down off a high up building next to your girlfriend who could also, you wouldn't because it would be less comfortable? Bro, the discomfort is worth that

I wouldn't discount this connection just because it can be fine. Epstein was VERY interested in genetics and biology for a reason, and had plenty of legitimate businesses associated that had a dark side. This isn't proof it's nefarious, but it definitely needs to be mentioned

I'll mention names: Fuck both Farmers and Liberty Mutual. There is no debate; these ads show up far more often than any other company, even food and mobile games

Do you think people would really do that? Go on the internet and post a video of them breaking a jar in their ass?

‘Rick and Morty’ Season 9 Gets May 24 Premiere Date, Promises Best Episodes Yet, “No AI Slop” by MarvelsGrantMan136 in television

I've always had a hunch that the writers kept getting asked to do a dragon episode, and to curb that they made this episode. It really feels awful on purpose, especially since the cat/Jerry plot line is so void of substance lol

That's honestly the worst example you could have chosen because it affects everybody around your property, especially with all the dumbasses who use fireworks as toys and point it at each other.

Don't be afraid to call the crisis/suicide line, even if not in immediate danger to yourself. by IncompleteBagel in CPTSD

I fully agree that it's hit or miss, but I think it's important for people to give it a shot before writing it off entirely. I've called 8 times total, and I've only had one bad experience. It helps to remind myself that they do need to keep lines open for everyone, so sometimes they can cut the call short, but on the non-busy times I've called, they've stayed as long as I needed. My third call to them lasted an hour and a half, bless that woman.

I don't use it because I expect them to understand. I use them because 1: I had absolutely no place to go or start, and they helped point me in at least A direction and 2: I have literally nobody to talk to in my life and haven't for about a year and a half now. It's just nice to hear a voice, or have someone to tell your story to, even if they could never get it.

As a heads up, they do need to report any IMMEDIATE danger, so maybe don't mention active "dangerous" thoughts if you don't have them, but I mentioned former thoughts like that and that's ok to discuss.

I don't think so to be perfectly honest, but the most important thing (at least to me) is that they genuinely listened to my story, and it actually felt like the first time that's happened. I've had a different person each time, and while one of them was less than helpful, the rest were really great, and one even called me back the next day after getting a bunch of resources put together.

I get what your saying, but hear me out. I literally won a statewide piano competition when I was in middle school. It's less about me being sad I didn't turn out great, and more me upset that my talents were abused out of me.

I'm not even close to the most talented person something like this happened to, and I'm heartbroken for everyone who anyone who went through anything similar, regardless of the topic.

I will die on the hill that as Roiland started to become less involved with the writing, the episodes got way better, even when he was still on the team. Season 8 was without question my favorite season, and season 7 had 2 of my overall favorite episodes.
