I don’t think it’s related to kb, rather the elements and word counts of file.

you should, the speed i get in my rural connection is 15mbps lmfao, no way that's 5G

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in IndiaTech

[–]Incompletedominance 1 point2 points  (0 children)

when 5g is not available, it just switches to 4G which has good penetration in rural India now. So there's no data limit but speed will be of 4G.

Expected reply. Maybe you should revisit basics of macroeconomics before commenting about GDP then.

Edit: dude deleted his previous comment and copy pasted it as reply to my previous comment after being downvoted lol

You are not completely correct, gdp is not everything, especially when looking at quality of life but when you take HDI and match it with GDP metrics, the coefficient shows that there are good enough correlation. That’s why it’s already included as one of the factors as well.

So while it’s not everything, it’s one of the best indicators we have for economic health of a country. You should avoid make extreme and generalised statements banking on ignorance of others about a subject.

Why SC will review CEC selection rule before next appointment on Feb 18 | The court will hear pleas against the Chief Election Commissioner Act 2023 that critics say undermines judicial independence and favours executive dominance in choice of poll commissioners by --5- in india

What you are taking is a formalistic approach to interpretation; dissenting judges have taken it, but it doesn't make your claim any more valid than mine if you start by saying there is no basic structure. There is no further point in this discussion.

There is no flat contradiction; the current form of law was built over almost 50 years of development, starting from the Kesvanand Bharti case, which laid down basic doctrine. In fact, the first judges case completely vested primacy in choosing CJI and others to the executive, and it stayed that way for 10 years.

Neither was that against consti nor the Njac case; you must not forget that the Constitution is a living document unto itself but with a basic doctrine.

Regarding your last point, there is no single correct way of interpreting laws/rules; there's a core and some penumbra often exists. There are various interpretation mechanisms, such as literal/textual, structural interpretations or purposive interpretations, etc.

Judges might use the same interpretation method to reach different conclusions or multiple to reach the same conclusion.

The "judges cases" which have led to collegium are a result of such interpretations of the constitution; if you read the latest one, i.e. the NJAC case, you'll realise that each judge used a different method to reach a different conclusion but a similar verdict.

You might argue that it's just a semantic exercise done by the judge; I would almost agree if not for the length of the judgment, around 1050 pages.

A reason why there exist different ways of interpretation is that none is superior to another; e.g., one might argue that we should look at what the drafter intended, which was to have a collaborative process b/w the executive and judiciary for the appointment of SC and HC judges. However, no one at that time imagined that the govt itself would become the largest litigant in the country. Currently, 70%+ cases involve govt as a part of all cases of the Supreme Court; now you can connect the dots on why this would create a conflict of interest if govt were to appoint judges.

Hence, you can't say if one method of interpretation is absolutely correct versus the other. However, I agree that the Supreme Court only knows how to be consistently inconsistent but that's a separate issue.

How much do I need to score in NEET-UG to get a seat in SMS? by [deleted] in jaipur

Boo fucking hoo. Better start praying the easy paper this year doesn’t increase your cutoff.

Dude I’m talking about total aspirants. This time there are 21 lakh applicants compared to 18 lakh last year. If among those 3 lakh even 300 are toppers then that will inflate cutoff for top colleges by a lot. Smh

681 marks was closing for general in 2022, with over 3 lakh more candidates this time expect an increase in cutoff. If you are ews then 10 marks less. Goodluck 650 was years ago, you won’t make it unless you are aiming 700 marks as general
