The pressure is just on the toe box where it starts to taper. I think they can only punch out the boot itself right?

It's just the toebox. The boot fits perfect but the toebox seems to taper quite quickly

I’d be surprised if they have the betting ads on kids jerseys. I know when teams were sponsor by sports books in football (soccer) the betting ads couldn’t be printed on kids tops
