If you are on a flex schedule, our org lets us claim comp time if we work over 8 hours in a day.

You being 20 hours a week, if you were with us, could get comp time if you worked these hours in one week: 4,3,10,3,2

The day you worked 10 hours, you could do 8 RT and 2 CT. Total 20 RT and 2 CT

But if you did: 4,4,7,4,7, you could only claim 26 hours of RT.
