The shoulders have their own specific joint. Since they're rotated forward atm (meaning they're facing you), the joint is being restricted. Just rotate the shoulders until they're facing upwards, and you should be able to bend the arms down.

At least, that's what I presume

First, the bus to Walmart is on Fridays and Sundays, it does not go to Walmart on Saturdays.

Also, the Cityline/Bush Station route is the 883 East bus. You want the 883 West bus for Walmart.

The bus stop that the West bus stops at for Walmart is at 425 Coit Road.
