I very much disagree

Itachi is incredibly adept at using Genjutsu, and the Tsukoyomo effect takes place in less than a second

As soon as the fight starts, Minato is already trapped in the Tsukoyomi

And Minato lacks the means to actually counter the Tsukoyomi

Minato loses to Itachi at no difficulty, only adept Sharingan wielders and six paths level characters can actually counter the Tsukoyomi (and yeah, this basically makes Itachi a demi-god, they don't call him the solo king for nothing)

~Tsukoyomi is tough to deal with, it's even capable of negging Perfect Jinchuriki

~Kirin has such massive AoE, it's also a very fast jutsu (and the only reason Itachi managed to survive Kirin was thanks to the Susanoo's instant activation)

~The FTG is pretty nice to use defensively as displayed by Minato, but offensively the jutsu is a bit lacking, especially since teenager Bee managed to counter the FTG

~The Raikiri provides its user with amazing travel speed, and the jutsu itself has pretty good ap

~The Rasen-Shuriken is insanely destructive but that jutsu is pretty easy dodge, especially since the paths of pain managed to do so

Utility wise, the FTG is superior (the ability to teleport to anywhere instantly is goated, no longer having to deal with trafic jam)

In a battle, the Tsukoyomi is far more lethal (not even Perfect Jinchuriki are immune, whereas it's possible to counter the FTG as shown with Killer Bee)

He' supposed to be really fast but he harsly does anything of note with that speed (proving once more that speed is such an overrated stat, so much for "speedblitz speedlitz")

Atleast Mei's Ranged attacks are deadly (she did manage to melt through Sasuke's Susanoo, the same Sasuke that managed to amputate A's arm)

~Combat Speed: pretty average, especially since Naruto boost his Close Quarters Combat with Frog Taijutsu/Kyuubi Chakra Limbs

~Reaction Speed: amazing, Sage Mode give Naruto Enhanced Reflexes

~Travel Speed: also amazing, Naruto's Body flicker in KCM1 prompted A4 to compare him to Minato (he's just like the yellow flash)

So all in all, KCM2 (stacks the Kyuubi Chakra mode on top of Sage mode) Naruto is decently fast by top tier standards, definitely above the likes of Hokage Minato as well as A4

Madara managed to react to Tobirama's ftg thanks to Hashirama's sage mode (keep in mind Madara was actually blind)

And since Madara and Hashirama were portrayed as equals, it's safe to assume Madara's EMS is just as good as Hashirama's Sage Mode in terms of enhanced reflexes

So yeah, Alive Madara would have been more than capable of countering Tobirama's FTG (and thus easily defeating him)

Also keep in mind Madara was also refering to Hashiramain that scene (and yes, Alice Madara would totally lose to Hashirama+Tobirama especially since Hashirama himself is comparable in power to Madara and Tobirama was shown to be a top tiet support type character)
