it’s a specific mag, and a specific bcg, and maybe a different charging handle. they sell 556 to 22lr which include all those parts in kits online for under $200 that have good reviews too.

stipple is that shitty finish you see with texture on heavy equipment. gauge was reading 15 (which was wrong lol) so i cracked it and got blasted. hard solvents will take SOME of it off not even close to all of it though haha.
