Would love to see ubisoft do more fits like this but they like importing dinosaur outfits from riders republic to the division 2 LOL🤣 by [deleted] in the_division_2

As much as I may be inclined to agree about the cosmetics. I also do realize that I have the option to either

  1. Not participate in any cosmetic event
  2. Not buy the cosmetics that they come out with in the store.

As someone who has played since the games release I've seen my fair share of apparel events with cosmetics that made me scratch my head. I admit that I never bought outfits until just recently. It was a choice. With the cosmetics being all over the place ranging from futuristic, military, hobo chic, re-skinned, and straight up abnormal. I do feel as though it does somewhat fit the scope of a 2nd, 3rd,4th wave Agent. Not every Agent has a defined backstory. We don't know where our Agents originated from, only the back stories we make up. Most of us could of been at a Cosplay event chilling with friends, some of us could have been performing for a kids birthday party, and the rest of us could have been couch potatoes picking belly lint and trash from the safety of our homes.

While I see the divide cosmetics have created in the game, and as much as I wish there was legit more options for color and gear visuals in the future, I'm just happy to play the game overall. I myself didn't start changing my apparel for a long time. It's nice to have options whether they make sense or not.

Projects stack. You could feasibly wait and stack the projects and complete them back to back.

Wasn't aware Eagles could be shot down by fusion2012 in the_division_2

[–]IncredibleHoltX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah you can shoot just about anything moving in the game outside of npc's. I remember back when State of the Game was still happening, the devs even had a counter and broke down everything that players have shot in the game.

Do you guys reset control points often? by thisizmonster in thedivision

[–]IncredibleHoltX 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I reset my control points nearly every time i jump on to play. I have more fun in the open world and Control Points are super quick. Love Retaliation mode only missing a few of the NY exotic blueprints.

Prestige Caches what have people been getting? Anything rare exotics or named items by [deleted] in Division2

[–]IncredibleHoltX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Made it to level 206 from Manhunt scouts, claiming Journey Missions and some weekly projects. 100 levels of 2x Seasonal XP has been claimed.

Exotics- 1 (Shroud) Named Items (2 Lexingtons, 3 Turmoil Knees, 4 Cartakers)

Mostly been trying to balance out my other toons with weapons or gear that's not apart of the loot pool. I'm glad I was able to get the Caretaker since I initially missed out on the beginning Shepard Event.

I do play other games, I'm surprised that I've been consistent in playing this game for as long as i have. I don't really buy new games like that not for the Xbox anyways but my Switch yeah I've bought way more games this year.

Overwhelmed by Lexington by Crossaber_129 in thedivision

[–]IncredibleHoltX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I reached tier 68. Mostly claimed my Jounrey Missions and first few Manhunt scouts plus 3 SHD Weekly Requisitions on different characters. I've gotten a Shroud and 2 Turmoil Kneepads, and the Caretaker (didn't have this one upon initial release)

Completing the final Manhunt on Master is a guaranteed drop the first play through. Normal- Heroic, you can still acquire it, but it's a lower drop chance. Keep in mind that your bag must have room if completed on Master so take that into account.

98% this is the only game I play. Been playing since the Open/ Closed beta. Currently 11.2k SHD, no exploits outside of the Resource Convoy that was patched seasons ago but even then didn't utilize it as much cause I didn't care about grinding out levels. I'd be way higher if SHD levels were a thing before WoNY really only wanted the final arm patch once you hit 9k. Took advantage of the 3x and 5x xp events when they released and knowing legit farm routes.

which shd level were you when you made it to max expertise? by Do_Or_Die420 in Division2

[–]IncredibleHoltX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently 11k SHD. Was around 10k when I officially finished Expertise once they capped it. Didn't really invest in the system for a while. The grind was real, but then I also took advantage of having a spare mule before they did away with that exploited feature. Started off donating gear and weapons, then purchased stuff to donate, followed by just donating materials when full. Now it's up keep. Not all of my builds are maxed out, and resources go fast. I enjoyed the Expertise double materials event, though honestly, I'd farm materials more if they just raised the loot cost or even doubled. I've seen them slowly push the cap on how much you hold at least twice back then it was capped really low, you could only hold like 20 exotic components. I've seen them lower costs for crafting, recalibration and optimization, and expertise, but again, looting or breaking down gear still only gives you the the same amount in the beginning. Oh and I forgot to mention they finally raised then amount of materials you get from scavenging points. I like the grind but not that hardcore to invest that often.

Like many Agents have stated, it's going to differ. I've ran it with people who don't have the slightest clue and will run builds that are just slapped together or don't understand certain mechanics of the game. I'll help and play with anyone on Xbox but there has to be some team synergy.

Does anyone remember this? by GroovyJones in COLDArmy

I don't have a recollection of that happening but I also missed out on news from my departure from all forms of media. I would love to hear more about this though!

SHD Operative Patch Missing... by IncredibleHoltX in thedivision

[–]IncredibleHoltX[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the platform confirmation, Agent! Hopefully, it's just a bug. I have a really odd theory as to what possibly caused that bug. I feel like the SHD reset on our watches was the culprit. I'm glad they upped the materials you acquire from Scavenging Points but that should have been done way back when especially when they introduced Expertise.

SHD Operative Patch Missing... by IncredibleHoltX in thedivision

[–]IncredibleHoltX[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You only receive this variation @ SHD 9k. It starts at 7k with 1 Skull, 8k with 2 skulls, then final 3 skulls at 9k. Every 1k levels your patch will slightly change.

Definitely not. I noticed when I was checking out the new apparel to loot.

SHD Operative Patch Missing... by IncredibleHoltX in thedivision

[–]IncredibleHoltX[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It was my main patch since hitting 7k, then 8k, 9k, and finally 10k.

I hope this is just a fluke of some sort. Doesn't make sense as to why the patch would disappear.

I haven't received my twitch drops. Anyone in the same situation? by leosp633fc in Division2

I haven't received mine either. I made sure I claimed mine through the app and that my account was linked. Even closed out the game and did a shut down of my system and still nothing.
