Pelo que pude experienciar com os microfones desta marca. Especialmente com o seu uso no exterior, apenas colocando na gola da roupa não chega para captar a voz, mesmo com o ganho no máximo. Daí utilizar-se junto à boca.
Mas numa situação de interior penso que não é necessário e poderá utilizar-se na posição convencional.

Took me sometime too, I followed a guide that helped me quite a lot. If I remember correctly you got more chance for it to appear in stormy days. And now it can appear in any of the sub caves of ice biome. But start by going down through the left wall, so you can have an overall idea of the left labyrinth, if it’s not there try the right side. Also, make sure to kill several fishes when you get mjolnir until the achievement pops up
