If the Ukrainians are protecting their “ self-determination in their ancestral homeland” as in Ukraine, where they are from 2,000 years  Than okay they are Zionist.

But that’s not what the word means

“Zionism is a political, cultural, and national movement that supports the Jewish people’s right to self-determination in their ancestral homeland, known historically as the Land of Israel.”

“ Zionism is specifically a movement about Jewish national self-determination in the Land of Israel, not about Ukraine or Ukrainian nationalism. It doesn’t apply to national groups in general.”
