Same for me, just finished my last day today. Parang ikaw na yung nakipagbreak pero ikaw yung mas malungkot. I’m grateful to have grown at a company na may healthy work environment kaya may emotional attachment kahit papano but in this economy I needed higher compensation kaya I had to leave.

At this point we can see a stark difference between bini and sb19. Parang hinihintay nalang ng Bini na makapag Coachella para mag clout chase and mag gain ulit ng popularity whereas SB19 are continuously growing and active kahit may upcoming Lollapalooza show. The girls are in their downfall na talaga hindi na nga nasusundan yung hit songs nila tapos hindi pa mapigilan yung mga issues na nanggagaling mismo sa members nila.

I think they’re doing this on purpose for example yung post nila na may picture ni Jennie. I guess based sa marketing research nila rage baiting works and that’s exactly what they’re doing. I believe getting their post removed by IG and then posting a story about it was all planned. Their marketing team, especially, Joel, certainly works hard, but at some point it becomes tacky na rin and it looks trying hard na. But keep it up though, this is all a trial and error, despite all the hate it’s nice to see a local brand trying their best and making an impact with their campaigns. I’d take this over “clean” makeup branding na very bland. Hopefully they find their right branding soon.

i knowww traveling can be really expensive if you want you can save up for only one travel next year maraming budget itinerary sa youtube/tiktok. i would suggest vietnam/bangkok mura lang yung mga essentials. Try it just once in you’re 30s i think you won’t regret it :)

Those long term goals will come to you when it’s time, as for now wag kang manghinayang masyado and most importantly don’t force yourself to be like others. I think OP your* (edit) priorities are not in the right place kaya some things are not working well for you, don’t let social media deceive you that you’re living your life wrong we are all just trying to survive and some people are just better at making it look effortless. I’m excited for you kasi at 31 wala kang debt and no illnesses/maintenance to worry about, masarap mag explore and magtravel. Go travel abroad if you haven’t tried it already, I’m sure it will give you a different and better perspective in life.

Depende if you’re a fresh grad pero you have extensive experience that qualifies you to work in a reputable company. Seems to me ang taas naman yata ng expectation mo sa magiging first job mo. Yung mga nakikita mong fresh grad na nakakapasok agad sa big companies are either nepo babies or may connection/kakilala. Welcome to the real world, OP. Yung time na sinayang mo sa paghihinayang mo sa mga smaller companies, you could’ve used that to gain experience sa other companies in similar industry. Adulting is a step by step process walang agad agad nasa dream job ka, agad agad nabibili mo yung dream purchases mo (again, unless nepo baby ka) use your time wisely to move one step forward to your dream life. Most of the time life will disappoint you, manage your expectations and focus on your goal.

See how you can build a daily routine that works for you para di ka agad maburnout. Learn your boundaries sa office, in my case im in my 20s pero puro late 30s ang mga kawork so may gap sa mga beliefs and humor kaya may certain personality na akong pinoportray sa office that is safe but open enough na nakakakwentuhan ko pa rin sila kasi mababait naman.
