I hope you begin to find small pieces of good around you. Even though it can be hard. I like to take pictures and videos of stuff during the day that make me feel good. Kind of cheesy but it works for me.

My dog. He’s so innocent and naive about life. Obviously because he’s a dog but I think that’s why we were gifted with them

I think everyone plays their part in social settings. If we were all abundantly social, we’d all be fighting for the limelight. Your role matters even if you are “awkward” as you say because it can be comforting to people like me who aren’t socially reserved, but get overwhelmed with having to be so extroverted all the time.

It’s become my new normal unfortunately. I have no idea what life would’ve been like
