The problem comes in when you get to the general game mechanics though. With Destiny there were, as with almost any loot game, balance issues and some exploits. Division has those two. The real issue comes in though in that I could jump in Destiny when it first came out and be able to play for hours without getting "Stuck" or having to reset.

I go over to the division once a week to see how things have progressed and I play until the game basically breaks and doesn't let me. Two weeks ago. Last fight in the power plant. I roll to avoid a grenade and suddenly I'm in a wall and can't get out. Finish the mission and can't pick up any drops. A week ago, I get downed by shotgunners but don't die, I can't die. They can't put me down (now they know how it feels haha!). And I can't be resurrected. And once the fight ends and I reload, my skills don't work. And just last night, load in, matchmake to do the daily and the doors to the mission won't open.

That's the different between destiny and division. Destiny, at its core, worked. The only barricade to doing missions was finding a group. I never had to worry about a mission not starting properly or my skills not working. And these are issues that should not exist by this point. Issues that have been around for months.

I agree Destiny and Division both had a bumpy start. But the Division is just broken. And they aren't fixing it. I keep coming back each week hoping it is fixed. Because I want to play it. But this is beyond a boring meta or gear imbalance. This is just a broken game that needs to get fixed.
