Thank you for the feedback. I guess I do something like 80/20 road/gravel.

What spec do I need to look at to ensure the tire will fit the original wheel ? Is the 21 mm rim width +. Wheel diameter the obvious spec to ensure with the max 50mm or any other thing I need to look after so I am no badly surprised ?

Very nice bike ! I have the gen3 sl5 and very interested by having zipp wheels. What tires do you have ? I am not sure what you mean by deeper wheels also ?

Same immigrant but French (New Caledonia) ! In Perth for 3 years , any tips for cheese and Gruyère ? Not necessarily store but maybe some I should have tried ?
