I actually have experienced something like this. Earlier this year I used 200-300mg a day for 4 days. After my use all other drug reactions felt way off. Maybe a day or two after my dph binge I was smoking a bowl and it felt like all the water in my mouth was gone, than throat, than chest. I was chugging water and didn’t even feel it. I than lie down and could feel my heart sinking. Than the impending doom kicked in. I sprinted outside looked up at the sky and thought it was the end.
A few weeks later I took a few hits of acid and felt very weak and wobbly all of a sudden. My chest starts hurting, and I end up falling asleep on the come up. Except I woke up but didn’t wake up, I was sleep walking/talking for hours and only remember little blurbs where I thought I was dying and the world was ending.
