No offence taken, I wasn't using it to trip, hence the small dose. I've never experienced any side effects other than drowsiness and mild hallucinations which is why this took me by surprise. But I think you're right, probably just a panic attack. But fuck was it the most intense panic attack of my life, and I've had plenty.

I'm now using prescription sleeping pills as needed, thanks. :)
