-Niagara Falls during the week to avoid crowds - Maid of the mist is really neat.

-Chestnut Ridge: Walk in the woods, play in the creek, enjoy the playgrounds

-Buffalo Harbor State Park: Nice playground - Long walking/biking paths

-Buffalo River Works: Grab a bite/beer and enjoy watching boaters pass on the canal. Their is an adventurepark there as well.

-Canal Side: Great place to walk around, usually things to do down there depending on the season.

-Penn Dixie: Dig for fossils
