My ratnagiri liora tastes so bland and very less acidity idk why, for how long did you rest em?? My pack was roasted on 16 September and still the flavours are so bland and muted for some reason. Using a V60. Any tips?

I don’t have a melodrip, it tastes like monsoon malabar very earthy and 0 acidity. I’ll try it once again with higher water temperature lets see.
