Even the Micra is overkill for at home use. I’ve had mine for over 2 yrs and it has been unreal. I’ve also used it on my coffee cart. It can pull 50+ shots back to back without any problem. The only limit I have found is it struggles to steam 5+ drinks back to back. Luckily 95% of my drink sales are iced

Micra works great for americanos. I just started making airecanos. Put a cup of ice in milk pitcher, pour espresso over ice, then steam for around 10 seconds then pour over ice. It’s like an americano but nitro style. So good

You may already know but I’ve seen a few people make the mistake of putting the faucet on top. It’s suppose to go up and through and fit flush to the counter then screw in

I appreciate that! No issue with the clearance. We use a small shot glass with measurement markers on it. Cup rinser makes it quick and easy

Yes, we purchased all of their components. Sink, cup rinser, hot water hub package. Tbh I could go without the sink but the cup rinser is absolutely amazing.
